Waiting on Mercy is a Canadian-Filipino Alternative band formed in July 2018 with Jessie Crescini
and Lou De Guzman as founding members. The group started as an experiment song writing project,
but slowly progressed into a full band experience with the addition of RV Linasa on Drums,
Edu Gamboa on secondary guitars and Jam Marcelo on bass.
Waiting on Mercy was formed in July 2018.
Upon formation the band concentrated on writing all original songs rather than playing gigs or events.
The band concentrated on writing and spent one year and a half at Jam studio practicing and composing every time the band would get. Working on their EP album hopefully to come.
The band has finally released their first Single “Life In Pieces” in all digital music platforms alongside with an Official Music Video launched on January 10, 2021.
The long wait is over, Waiting on Mercy, a Toronto-based Rock band launched their official music video
from the debut single “Life In Pieces” now playing on Jeepney Pinoy Radio’s (#NBT ) Next Big Thing.
The group is looking forward to release it’s first Ep album in April 2021 entitled ” Chapter I “.
